Bourke's and toes...

My family has noticed that our Bourke's parakeet loves 'attacking' our toes when we are sitting barefoot. With the adults in the family, if someone is on the computer Sydney will come up and start nibbling at our toe nails or any calluses on our feet. With the kids, he will go up to them when they are playing on the floor and just nibble at their toes. He doesn't bite hard (I don't know how he knows how not to bite hard as he has never bitten a human hard, yet he can crack open sunflower seeds), and he makes the usual cute Bourke's "here I am" noise.
Does anyone else have a bird who enjoys giving pedicures?

Charlie, my mitred conure, can get quite obsessive about preening my neck, face or even arms, to the point of annoyance. I usually end up distracting him with a toy, bottle cap or something else.
