Worms in Lefeber nutriberries anyone had this problem?

Anyway, since most reputable parrot food companies don't use pesticides or much in the way of preservatives, there's always a risk of this happening. You can kill the bugs by putting the food in the freezer overnight. Lafeber also has a guarantee where you can send the unused portion back to them for a free replacement or your money back.

I've also found 2 beetles in a large bag of Zupreem Natural as well as caterpillars in one or two bags of Sweet Harvest seeds.
If you freeze all dried foods for a minimum of 24-48 hours, this should take care of any sort of infestations without any problems - unless bugs get into the food after it's been opened and used.
As for the diarrhea, I have seen that Zupreem Fruitblend can cause diarrhea like droppings (no form or consistency). A few other members have also noticed this. Diarrhea should not be confused with droppings that consist of excess urine (aka watery droppings, but the fecal material is well formed). Otherwise, if not food related, you might want to get gram stains checked... but I'm sure you're already aware of all this!
