Assuming the birds get along, you could keep any of those species with your current green cheek, although if getting a blue crown, I would most definitely recommend a larger cage.
A new bird would require their own cage, food, toys, perches, etc. They should also go through a quarantine period of a minimum of 30 days, although 60-90 days is preferable. A full blood panel and fecal during quarantine is highly recommended to ensure the new bird is not sick. Quarantine requires being in a separate room, and if possible, separate air space as well. Cleaning/washing hands in between handling the birds, even changing clothes/showering if you want to do a better quarantine.
After quarantine, you can put their cages in the same room. Allowing them to interact in neutral areas.
