Don't forget to give him the bone... chicken bones are important part of their natural diet. I can only speak to my Yellow Crown Amazon, I will say it being a she , doesn't play with others but is tolerant of others. Breeding season which is just starting she gets aggressive it's a good time for my wife to steer clear of her as she has during this time done some damage once giving her a black eye. Very lovable highly intelligent the only time mine spends in the cage is bed time or when she is behaving badly, she has a hanging gym in the living room with a day time cage likes to be the center of attention specially when there is a large gathering of people. I love my girl wouldn't part with her for all the world she is a big part of my every day. Despite what I have read they are more of a one person bird, while during separation like travel and such she takes easily to others in my absence, as well most issues we have had with her have occurred only when I'm around.. so it's more of a jealousy and protection issue.
