Untame Lovebird questions. PLEASE HELP

First she settled in right away, started eating and preening and seeming quite unaware her location has changed which I guess is good. She adores this one swing and sits on it rather then any where else. She doesn't make any chirping though? The only time she made any noise was a few moments ago after I had been reading to her and left the room she made these awful noises not happy or pleasant but scared or angry so I ran up stairs and found nothing was the matter and to get her to relax I started reading again she went right back to her perch and preened while I read for another half an hour.
She doesn't seemed frightened of me just like she doesn't want me to touch her, I keep the front of the cage opening while I'm reading to her in case she wants to climb around (Outside of her cage she's quite easy to catch) but she just sits on her swing or eats the millet I give her occasionally.
I don't want speedy results but am I doing something wrong? I'm in the room with her for hours and I read to her for hours as well she seems happy but I don't know how to go about taming her? She never ignores me unless I'm reading and then its almost like shes all the sudden ok with me watching her. I dunno any body have suggestions on taming? Am I doing something wrong?

Ahh well I guess I have even more work ahead of my its good she's so adorable,
Another question if you don't mind, when I talk to her she tilts her head I can't tell if she's afraid or just listening? Plus when should I put her to bed? She falls asleep at dark if I'm not in the room but around 6-9 is my favorite time to read to her and spend time pretending not to watch her while secretly doing so

If you follow the link you'll see her awful quality I used my cell phone.xD
Its slow going and I've really only had a half an hour the past two days so no new progress she started screaming when no ones in the room with her though, like she wants attention but she's too afraid to get it.
(She was found at a public pool two boys were playing catch with the dear) So it makes sense she doesn't want held.
Thank you a lot its nice to have someone else's opinion I'm going crazy with worry.

No problem, it takes trust to have a happy relationship with your bird... and trust takes time and patience.
