I actually suspect the hen is a cinnamon pearl pied (like my hen, only a lighter pied). Do you have pictures of her back?
If you want to take it a step further, all males are split lutino and pied. If the parents are carrying any other mutations, the males and/or females (depending on sex-linked or recessive) may also be carrying those mutations.

I will try to get a better pix of the mother. She isn't very tame. We got her from a breeder that kept his flock (about 30 to 35 tiels) in one large flying pen.
Will probably have lots of questions about rtaising birds, very new at this.

Certain mutations are sex-linked, and a parrots chromosomes are opposite than us. If the father is a visual of that mutation (Ino, Cinnamon, Pearl, etc) however the hen is not visual (she can't be split), then any chicks who are the same color as the father are females, and any who aren't are males. Pretty simple!
Can't wait for more photos!

I'm thinking that the father may also be carrying some other mutations, but I can't say what.
All are quite lovely!
