Howdy.

My local pet store has a company that sells chili peppers my green cheek conures adore...

My local grocery store sells dried chili peppers in the herbs aisle, for a much lower price.

The peppers look the same...

Is there a reason I should spend the extra money on the pet food brand than the herb?

Thanks!

I would buy the human grade over the pet food grade. That is what I do for my birds

check the sodium and sulfates/sufites content of both. Whichever is lower or nonexistent, buy it
