Just let the mother bird have her own comfortable place to raise her chicks. Do not interfere as of now. Let her lay eggs on the place where she has done now. Only because she felt the place is safe for her to raise her babies she has started to lay eggs over there. Let this clutch be done. Once she is done with this batch you can get her a new nest.

The mother bird throws away her eggs from her nest when she feels that they are not viable. For a lovebird it basically takes 21-23 days for the egg hatching to happen which is from the day she started to incubate. Meaning from the day she finished her egg laying done. However depending on the eggs viability it takes 2-4weeks longer than the usual time on the development of the egg hatching if she fails to sit on the eggs tight. As she has finished her egg laying process done she will not be laying more of them for now. She will wait for it to hatch or she will throw them out after which she will patch up with her mate for her next sitting. Let hope for the best and wait for her to hatch. She will not be need any additional supplements as of now as she will not be taking much of food due to incubation. Once she hatches she will be needing lot of energy. So you can feed her will normal diet as of now and improvise the other additional and variety food later after the hatching is done. Even if the eggs are not hatched till March 1st week kindly wait for them for a little longer as I said earlier they might take time depending on various conditionals. All the best. Just make sure she is not been bothered by any external sources.
