If she's not comfortable with you, she could be biting because of that. If you haven't had her for very long at all then just continue feeding her food by hand until she gets more comfortable with you, and you can start clicker training aka positive reinforcement training with her. Learn to read her body language and try not to push her into doing something she's not ready to do.

Still your best bet, like Monica said, would be to keep feeding her and try to touch her beak lil bit and see how she reacts while your feeding her, if shes focused on eating then use that to speed things up lil bit, but be careful )
