If she's biting because she's scared, then start feeding her treats by hand and don't force her to do something she doesn't want to. As she builds trust in you, she'll be less likely to bite from fear.
If she's biting because you are doing something she doesn't enjoy, then find a way to make the experience enjoyable for her, or stop doing it.

Monica's comment about the treats is a good idea as well. Try different stuff and see what they like. Mine is in love with broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and mashed up bananas (I mix a small amount of no sugar added applesauce in with the mashed banana...sometimes even some oats). I read that vegetables should be fed more than fruit, but if it's just a treat to gain trust, I don't see the big deal in it. Be sure to introduce the food before trying to feed it to them, some birds (not all) find some stuff intimidating. Maybe you could lay out the food on a clean surface..let her pick around at stuff and just hang out with her to begin with since she bites so badly?
