deformed 5 week old ringneck

having a sad moment realising that i bought a deformed baby ringneck to hand rear myself
he cant perch, or hold his weight up.
is there anything i can do for him? i dont want him to be put down,
has anyone encountered this before?

A blue crown conure at a local pet store here has a slight splay in his left leg, so he can't stand straight on both legs. Due to the splay, he is "automatically left handed" because he can't put his full weight on that left leg either. My mitred conure is missing half of his lower beak due to a squabble he started with a much larger parrot prior to me getting him, and he's learned to eat, preen and drink without problems! Oh, and he still bites... lol

i used to have a sun conure but he passed D: most beautiful personalities in the world!
ok, so the avian vet said to put it to sleep, but im not gonna have a bar of it,
after taking most the day to care for it and try to get it to hold on to things, HES ALREADY PERCHING ON MY FINGER FOR ABOUT A MINUTE !!!
massive appetite and squawks happily
