Molting only down feathers?

For the past few days it seems she is molting/plucking.. but ONLY down feathers, she looks fine and has all of her colored feathers, just sometimes i look away and look back and there are down feathers all over the floor. I live in Florida but we recently got a cold front and my house dropped a bit in temp (66 or so at the LOWEST) could this induce some sort of nesting behavior? If so, is there anything i can do to help her along and keep her health in this situation? She's also getting a bit moody.
I read around the internet but i didn't see much with birds only getting rid of the down feathers... she has never had a plucking problem.
Also, its not just in one area, she's pulling them out all around her body...
Also aslo, she's about 4 years old.
I'm sure you get a lot of nervous owners worried about plucking, so sorry if this is an ignorant or annoyingly obvious question
edit: because everyone likes pictures... this is her sitting next to me as i type.

Changes in temperature can trigger birds to molt. My birds were molting up quite the mess! And with 5 small birds, that's a lot of tiny little feathers everyday! Believe me, when you say it looks like a feather pillow exploded, we understand!!!
