also, maybe sometimes she does not want to come out of her cage, try leaving the cage door open if she is shy and hang around until she gets curious enough to come out....and be ready with some deliscious treats. Or you could put some millet outside her cage door to entice her....
But be very gentle, they are extremely delicate, and become very affectionate when they know their boundaries.
