When we re did our downstairs bathroom I had two requirements..it HAD to be 36" wide to accomodate ( almost) the wingspan of a macaw, and it had to have a lower showerhead for washing my dogs..
Works out great for me! I don't use the shower for bathing them however..I use a pump sprayer..they seem to like it better.
Want to REALLY get them going and into a shower...turn on the vaccuum cleaner..and then watch how much they love their baths!

Jim, has Zoey had another shower yet? Just wondering if she's made up her mind whether or not she likes it!

I bought a shower perch for him and he would tollerate a shower once in a while on it. He's happier just hanging out on the shower rod and watching me shower.
He likes having a bath in his water dish - maybe once/week. I bought a special dish that was bigger and he still preferred his water dish.
I gave up and let him use the water dish and then change it after he's finished.
I was a bit surprised how infrequently he likes to take a bath!
