it is the main part of a well rounded diet. Over the years this recipe that I used has evolved. A lot. I toss on the "pellet of the month" so to speak, say, 4 or 5 Harrison's, some Zupreem or Roudybush, which ever I have. My guys also get a dry mix/blend every four or five days.

I like the idea of this mash diet because it is so similar to what I make for my sugar gliders. I make up a batch or two and then portion it into ramakins with lids and freeze. That way all I have to do is grab the ramakins from the freezer and pop it into the bowl. But I serve their fruits and veggies separate. It's wonderful when going out of town also, i am super picking and love to be in control of my babies. So doing this makes me feel as if I'm still in control even though I'm not home. But in the last 3 years I have only needed my babies watched once. I hate to leave them...LOL
