My last update on Casey
Posted 19 July 2008 - 12:29 PM
I just got off the phone with UGA and the vet tech said when she came in this morning, Casey was gone. She recommended a necropsy since there are other birds here. I told her to do it. I will post the results when I get them so everyone knows what it was.
Thank y'all for all the support, wishes and prayers. I truly believed it helped my little man fight as long as he did.
Happy Slave to my fids.

Anyone who has ever loved and been loved by an animal knows how truly devastating their loss can be. It is especially difficult when that animal is so young, as was your Casey. Take heart in knowing that in the short time Casey had on this earth, he was treated with great love and respect and that no bird could have enjoyed a better, happier life, however tragically short.
