Is this a good breeder?

We (husband and I) have decided our next bird family member would be a toucan, preferably a Swainson's. However, this will probablly be a year or two down the road after we've moved into a bigger house. I was looking for breeders and came across this. I couldn't find any locally and wasn't surprised. This was the best site I have found. It's in California and of course you can't get birds still being hand-fed shipped. I've handfed both my current birds on my own, and want to with any new bird I get. I guess we could schedule a vacation to Cali and pick it up on the way back.
Is anyone familiar with these people, anyone live nearby there? I'm always so skeptical of breeders I see online, due to being scammed once before.
Is anyone familiar with any other good Swainson breeders in the US?
Thanks for any help,advice,tips...etc..

I'd imagine that somewhere out there (Yahoo, maybe) there are forums dedicated to toucans, aracaris, etc. that might be able to point you in the right direction.
Best of luck,
