How do I delete my account?

I haven't been on here very long, and I don't post that often ... but sometimes we just have way too much going on in our lives ... a suggestion, if I may ... instead of deleting your account (which I don't know how to do!) why don't you just step away for a while ... Then, when things have calmed down more in your life, you can come back ... if you choose to.
I'm belong to a dog forum as well, and while I love chatting with lots of the people on there, there are certainly times when I am so busy that I can't sit down, turn on the computer and chat away ... as much as I'd love to!! The break would be welcome!
From what I've read in a couple of your posts, you sound like you're going through a rough time. Take it from someone who's been there (even though I know nothing about you and you know nothing about it) ... it's HARD ... and some days it's harder than others.
When I'm going through a particularly rough time I sit down and write a whole bunch of positive things on post it notes ...
Echo poo poo (my tags FAVOURITE thing to say)
Ellie doesn't attack me
I saved my dog from a rescue
I saved my cat from being put down
I'm having a wonderful day
I passed my dog certification
I have a masters degree
The sun is shining and I'm going outside to enjoy
Stop and smell the flowers (for this you have to buy flowers and put them in your house so you can do it!)
These are just some examples that I can think of ... that I have written for myself ... and then I post them all over the house ... so that when I walk around the house I see positive things about me, my zoo and goals that I set and accomplished.
Now that we are starting to get some nice weather, get outside more often, even if it's only for 10-15 minutes. It's amazing what a bit of sunshine can do to your spirits!
Good luck, and I hope things start getting better for you.

So again, who can tell me how to delete my account?

Just stop posting and you will sink into abscurity... and it will be as if your account was deleted! Bye.
Your posts aren't being ignored, maybe people just feel they don't have anything worth posting. Not everyone can give the advice someone might be seeking.
I understand your home life is suffering but why lash out on the board because some of us have nothing worth while to contribute to your threads because we might not have ever been in such a situation & it may be difficult for us to relate....

if you really don't want to be on here, just don't come back ... it's as simple as that ... does it really matter if your account is deleted or not?

I've 'left' a forum because I was unhappy about a couple things. I didn't announce to the world I was leaving, I just never went there again.
So delete BB from your bookmarks and history and don't come back. Simples.

If you really do want to leave BirdBoard, we're sorry to have you go. But there's no way for you to delete the account and no reason why'd need to. As others have said, the way to quit a forum is to simply not come back.
If you change your mind and ever need help with your birds, we'll be here.
