I am about to buy a beautiful short billed corella cock.
I currently live in NSW but ill be moving to QLD about 2 months later or so.
What will i need to do to get this little beauty safe and sound in his (and my) new home?
papers/permits etc :)

There is a thread in the Australian section where we found all this info, you might search back there. I am in Perth so I can't help...but good luck with your girl...I'm a corella fan myself.

if you call 1300 368 326 (QLD, enviromental protection agency) and go through to permits and licencing, they will be able to tell you exactly what you need, if anything (i.e. movement advice).
hope this helps.
p.s. i do realise that you are in nsw but i know someone that had to bring thier ekkie from sydney to brisbane and i gave them this number and they said it helped.
