Boudica and Tiki go to dog shows with us in our Motor Home. They travel in wire dog crates. (Be careful if lots of hanging toys while you are driving, because they become swinging projectiles.) When we get settle in where we are, we take those acrylic portable bird stands and attach them to the top of the wire dog crates with those plastic ties. That way, they can have plenty of time out of their crates. It helps to have a secure latch or some sort of lock on your screen door, so that friends will not open the door when the birds are out. For outside time, definitely get your bird used to a harness. I did find a web site with what looked like a great portable, collapsible bird cage that would be wonderful for travel, but it was $1,400, and I'd need 2...

Four year old Lesser Jardine looking for a new home. Comes with 6 foot cage and all supplies. Asking 280. Please don't waste my time, first come first serve.

She has not been around men, children, other birds.

She knows step up, but is a little rusty. Needs a little work, would do well with an experienced handler. Like all animals, she can and MAY bite.

Boudica is the only Mac in our house that has shoulder privileges. Tiki is a typical AHDH B&G. We do not trust him close to our faces. Boudica on the other hand is a very laid back GW. There is nothing she like more than to sit on your leg, arm, stomach, shoulder, etc. She will stay in one place and just relax and watch. Each bird, like each person, is different.
